“Brooding and ominous from the start, The Teknoist builds quickly into aggressive beat structures that cross the line between hardcore techno and darkstep; gabber and breakcore. It’s enough to sastify the breakcore/hardcore purists without putting off those into dark, hard techstep. Crossover at it’s finest. The production quality has bass that’ll put pressure on your chest, and enough crispness to highlight the micromanagement of beat editing, akin to the production styles of what you’d expect coming from Deathchant’s Hellfish and Producer, only more raw and frantic. Start to finish, no filler, with interludes hinting at dramatic psycological horror adding to the overall menacing vibe. Quality!”
